ELEGANT AND PREMIUM APPEARANCE
The all-new Murano features a seamless, clean design with a wider body and flared rear fenders for a powerful stance. Its front end showcases ultra-thin “Crystal Cube” LED headlights, a gloss-black trim strip, and a V-motion graphic integrated within the grille’s LED daytime running lights. At the rear, the liftgate’s sleek design includes a hidden rear wiper, concealed exhaust tips, and a relocated license plate holder. A full-width LED tail light creates a striking signature at night.
ELEVATED HOSPITALITY WITHIN
Nissan designed the new Murano's interior to be modern, minimalist, and elegant, with key elements arranged on a horizontal theme. Dual 12.3-inch displays are seamlessly integrated with stitched materials, and all occupant touchpoints are made of soft materials. Like the all-electric Ariya, the Murano uses a capacitive-touch panel for climate controls, while push-button shifters free up console space for storage, cup holders, and a wireless charging pad.
The interior features a unique "Murano Glass" dashboard finisher with color-shift graphics inspired by Venetian glass. There are three interior color themes inspired by the golden hour along the Californian coast. Platinum models include semi-aniline quilted leather seats.
Premium features include a panoramic moonroof, heated, cooled, and massaging front seats, a heated steering wheel, and 64-color ambient lighting. The redesigned steering wheel has a flatter bottom for easier entry, and the driver’s seat offers a wider range of adjustments.
Rear passengers benefit from heated seats, sunshades, and increased knee room thanks to a thinner front seat design and expanded couple distance. The rear seats, for the first time, feature Nissan’s Zero Gravity design for added support, and wider-opening rear doors facilitate access.
The cargo area provides 32.9 cubic feet with seats up and 63.5 cubic feet with them folded flat. A power liftgate is standard, with a motion-activated option on the Platinum grade.
TECHNOLOGY FOR CONFIDENCE AND CONTROL
The 2025 Murano enhances driver confidence with standard Nissan Safety Shield® 360 and advanced driver-assistance features. For the first time, the Murano offers a 3D Intelligent Around View® Monitor, which provides eight virtual perspectives around the vehicle, and an Invisible Hood View for spotting obstacles like curbs or car wash tracks.
The Murano SV includes ProPILOT Assist, combining Intelligent Cruise Control with Steering Assist for easier highway driving. On SV and Platinum grades, ProPILOT Assist 1.1 uses navigation data to automatically adjust speed ahead of curves based on the planned route.
A PRIORITY ON SAFETY
The new Murano enhances safety with several updates, including improved crash protection for rear passengers. Side mirrors have been moved from the A-pillars to the outer doors to enhance forward visibility, and a passenger knee airbag has been added. In the second row, the Murano features under-seat reinforcement, along with seat belt load limiters and pretensioners for added safety.
INTUITIVE CONNECTIVITY
The 2025 Murano features standard dual 12.3-inch displays, with a center touchscreen for entertainment and navigation, and a configurable instrument cluster. The SV trim includes wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™. SL and Platinum grades offer Google built-in, providing apps like Google Maps and Assistant directly on the dashboard.
Charging options include two USB Type-C ports in the front and rear, along with a standard wireless charger in the center console. All trims come with Active Sound Cancellation, while SL and Platinum boast a Bose® 10-speaker audio system for immersive sound.
SMOOTH POWERTRAIN WITH CONFIDENT CONTROL
The 2025 Murano features a standard 2.0-liter VC-Turbo engine, producing 241 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque, an increase of 20 lb-ft from the previous model. It is paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission, complete with paddle shifters for a more engaging drive, and includes idle stop/start technology.
The Murano SV offers front-wheel drive or Intelligent All-Wheel Drive, while SL and Platinum grades come with standard AWD. To enhance ride and handling, it incorporates frequency-sensitive dampers in the suspension and electric power steering. The Murano can tow up to 1,500 pounds.
