Beijing, October 29, 2024 — Xiaomi has launched the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, its high-performance flagship EV sedan designed for both daily and track driving. Equipped with a tri-motor setup and track-optimized battery pack, the SU7 Ultra delivers up to 1548 horsepower, with a 0-100 km/h acceleration in 1.98 seconds and a top speed of 350 km/h, making it the fastest four-door mass-produced car. It features advanced cooling and braking systems, allowing it to complete two laps on the Nürburgring without overheating and stop from 100 km/h in just 30.8 meters.
On October 28, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra Prototype set a new Nürburgring Nordschleife lap record for a four-door sedan at 6'46"874, the first for a Chinese brand. The SU7 Ultra is now available for pre-order at 814,900 yuan, with deliveries starting in March 2025.
BORN FOR HIGH-PERFORMANCE: FORM STREET TO TRACK, WHERE BEAUTY MEETS FUNCTION
The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra’s design focuses on peak performance, with every feature serving a functional purpose. Its exterior builds on the SU7 Max with added aerodynamics and larger dimensions (5115mm length, 1970mm width, 1465mm height, and a 3000mm wheelbase), creating a sleek, aggressive stance. The front features a large splitter, air dam, and “U-shaped” air curtains to boost downforce, while an active rear diffuser and carbon fiber spoiler maximize stability and energy efficiency. This aerodynamic design provides up to 285kg of downforce, comparable to a supercar.
Inside, the SU7 Ultra sports enhanced seats with active side support and track-style embroidery, a carbon fiber steering wheel with Alcantara®️ grip, and a yellow centering marker for high-speed control. The cabin uses over 5m² of Italian Alcantara®️ fabric, covering seats, door panels, and dashboard stitching for a premium feel. Carbon fiber is also used extensively, with a 1.7m² roof and 17 components across the interior and exterior, reducing weight and reinforcing its sporty aesthetic.

The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, Xiaomi's flagship high-performance EV, features peak performance with a tri-motor system delivering 1,548PS and 0-100km/h acceleration in just 1.98s. It sets a record as the world’s first four-door sedan to reach 0-200km/h in 5.86s, with a top speed of 350km/h.
The vehicle’s HyperEngine V8s motor achieves a maximum 27,200rpm and holds the highest power and revolution rate for a mass-produced e-motor. Xiaomi’s commitment to innovation is reflected in its 242 patents in EV technology, 128 of which have been granted, and recognition from the World New Energy Vehicle Conference in 2024.
Its CATL Qilin 2.0 battery offers a 630km range, with a 16C discharge rate and 1330kW max discharge power. It charges from 10-80% in 11 minutes. The battery pack features advanced cooling and CTB tech for enhanced efficiency and stability on demanding tracks like the Nürburgring.
The braking system includes 430mm carbon ceramic brake discs, Akebono® high-performance calipers, and endurance-grade ENDLESS® brake pads, allowing for a 100-0km/h stop in 30.8m and stable performance in high-heat conditions. The regenerative braking system delivers 0.6g deceleration and over 400kW regeneration power, reducing brake load effectively.

The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra features a Nürburgring-tuned chassis for superior control and track readiness. Its suspension includes dual-chamber air springs and high-performance continuous damping control (CDC), with an optional Bilstein® EVO T1 coilover kit for enhanced cornering support.
The tri-motor configuration provides torque-vectoring control, adjusting torque 500 times per second for optimal handling and stability, with a 14ms fault shutdown for safety.
The chassis underwent over 3,000km of tuning on the Nürburgring Nordschleife for peak performance. The SU7 Ultra also offers a high-power battery, advanced cooling, carbon ceramic brakes, and top track-grade components like ENDLESS® brake pads for extreme track performance.
UNPARALLELED IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE: EXCLUSIVE COCKPIT UI AND SPORTY SOUND, WITH A DEDICATED RACETRACK MASTER APP FOR COMPETITIVE DRIVING
The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra introduces an immersive experience with the Racetrack Master app, upgraded UI screens, and three sports sound waves. The app offers real-time lap data, historical stats, visual analysis, and one-click race video sharing. Xiaomi has partnered with 20 tracks across China, with more to come, enhancing the app with track maps and rankings.
The SU7 Ultra includes various driving modes: endurance, qualifying, drift, and custom for track use, plus beginner, economy, wet, sport, and custom modes for daily driving. Track mode requires driver certification, while daily modes limit power and speed for safety.
