A local BMW supplied new X5 4.4 V8. Factory optioned with Panoramic Sunroof, Fine Wood Trim Interior, Electric Memory Seats, Roof Rail and more. A project car that has been stored for the past few years. It starts and runs. Aerokit fitted. Original interior. The gearbox is jerky when engaging gears. Air conditioning is not cold and some trims are worn. Will benefit from a cosmetic updated. The car is accident free and priced to sell.

CONDITION
Body & Exterior:
The condition of the exterior is good.
The color of the car is Black-Sapphire Metallic.
The car shows no sign of major body repairs or flood damage.
The body panels do not have big dents. Slight stone chips may be found.
There are some scratches can be found around the car.
Windscreen and windows have no obvious damage.
Rear left window motor has a slight faulty.
Wing mirrors are in good shape.
Left wing mirror is slightly loose.
Rear boot has no signs of damage or rust.
Headlamps and indicators have no major damage but there is a slight discoloration.
Exterior chrome and rubber trims have no major damage.
Some plastic trims on front left door panel has slight scratches.
Front bumper has a slight crack.
Some paint bubbling can be found on the left wing mirror.
Rear wiper need to be replace.
Rear boot emblem is faded.
Parking light have some problem.
Interior:
Interior is original, well kept and non-smoking.
Driver Zone ie gear knob, handbrake and door handles are in good condition.
Steering wheel is slightly worn.
Passenger zone ie other doors and seats are in good condition.
Accessories functions ie lights, horn, wiper, signal and radio are operational.
Air conditioning is not cold.
Speaker on front left door is loose and on rear left door has a slight crack.
Sunroof is not operational.
Rear left boot speaker cover has melted.
Mechanical & Operation:
The car drives well and the handling is good.
Engine temperature is stable.
Engine fluids are at appropriate level.
Engine may have signs of sedimentation or leaks which is usual for older cars.
Power steering works fine.
Steering needs alignment.
The hoses show no signs of sedimentation or leak.
Radiator has no indication of major damage.
Brake system operation is normal.
Gearbox is jerky when changing gears.
Suspension operation is normal with no metallic knocking noises.
Undercarriage have no major damage and show no signs of major rusts.
Impact bars and Cross-links have no major signs of damage.
Exhaust pipe has no major damage.
SERVICE & HISTORY
Last engine oil change was done in 2022. It is due now.
The front tires are manufactured in 2022 and the thread life is good.
The rear tires are manufactured in 2021 and the thread life is good.
